I've been doing my own books. How hard is it to hand them over?

Much easier than most owners expect. We start with a short onboarding call to understand your setup, then we log into your existing QuickBooks or Xero account and take it from there. Most clients are fully handed off within a week — and tell us they wish they'd done it sooner.

I can't afford a full-time bookkeeper. Is PIMA a realistic option?

Will my clients know you're involved?

No. We operate as a white-label extension of your team. We work under your firm's name, inside your client accounts, and every deliverable is yours to present. A signed NDA covers every engagement from day one — confidentiality is non-negotiable for us.

What accounting software do you work in?

We work natively in QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Bill.com, Gusto, and ADP. No migration required — we log into your existing setup and start immediately. If you use a tool not on this list, let us know and we'll confirm compatibility on the scoping call.

Is my financial data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not subcontract your work. Our team signs confidentiality agreements, and system access is role-restricted to only what each task requires. We're happy to walk you through our security practices on the consultation call.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No long-term commitment required to start. We work month-to-month. Most clients stay because the work is accurate and the relationship is easy — not because they're locked in. You can pause or stop at any time with 30 days' notice.
